• Waitlist details – your email address, the role you select (parent/guardian, student, or teacher/school staff), the student age ranges you choose, and any optional message you write.
• Contact messages – the name, email, and message you send us through the contact form.
• Technical data – basic server logs (such as IP address and browser type) needed to operate and secure the site.

Why we use it and our legal basis

• To add you to the waitlist and keep you updated about Nuro – on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• To reply to your enquiries – on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
• To keep the site secure and working – on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating the service.

Sharing

We use a small number of trusted service providers (for example, email delivery and website hosting) who process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist and contact data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or until you ask us to remove it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

Children’s data

This website is intended for adults (parents, guardians, and school staff). It does not knowingly collect personal data directly from children. How Nuro’s product handles student data is described separately in the agreements with the schools and families that use it.
